Joshua A. Reed is a 2005 graduate of the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas which is now Texas A&M Universtity School of Law. He earned an MBA degree from Webster University in 2002 and an Accounting degree from Bob Jones University in 2000.

Legal Experience:

Upon graduating from college, Josh went to work as a financial analyst for Lockheed Martin, a large defense contractor. Upon graduating from law school, Josh worked as an associate attorney for Decker, Jones, McMackin, McClane, Hall & Bates, P.C. in Fort Worth, TX. Subsequently he worked at the Director level in the contract negotiation department of Fidelity Investments, one of the largest investment firms in the United States. He also has extensive exposure as a land man in the gas fields of the Barnett Shale in Tarrant County, Texas and the Marcellus Shale in various western Pennsylvania counties.

 

Josh was admitted to the Supreme Court of Texas in 2005 and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2009.

 

Josh's practice has an emphasis on Elder Law, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. In addition, his accounting background and tax and business experience, Josh has developed a passion for and is well suited to represent clients organizing new businesses, forming corporations and LLC’s and related business issues.
